How It Works
A Seakeeper is a computer-controlled gyroscope that can eliminate up to 95% of boat roll.
Design centers on a powerful steel flywheel that spins at high speeds (up to 9,750 RPM) in a vacuum.
When the boat rolls, the flywheel tilts (precesses) fore and aft producing a powerful gyroscopic torque to port and starboard that counteracts the boat roll.
